We ship orders every day, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 12 PM CDT may be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM CDT or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

We typically ship orders using reliable national postal services — they’re affordable and get the job done!

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order. You’ll see the final price before confirming your purchase.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. If you created an account with us, you can also find it in your Order History section anytime.
Depending on where you live, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes once it arrives in your country. These fees are not included in our product prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We understand that customs fees can be a headache, so we usually declare the minimum reasonable value on shipping documents to help reduce any import charges.
If you’d like us to declare a specific value for your order (e.g., for insurance or customs reasons), just leave a comment at checkout — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order leaves our hands and is on its way to you, it becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier.
While we carefully pack every item to make sure it arrives safely, we can’t be held responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time or shows signs of damage, we recommend contacting your local postal service with the tracking number provided. In many cases, they’ll be able to help locate the package or initiate a claim.

We totally get it — sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your package.
